Regional President: Make your respect out, You were elected by popular vote!

Peru :

It seems that the regional presidents still do not assume that Son with powers and authorities to decide powers in favor of their respective jurisdictions, and what to see and so were elected by the popular vote. It makes a mockery unacceptable that the government is doing and intends to do with you.

First, cut their budgets with total disregard for their autonomy and the convalescent decentralization process and now want to realize that each minister “SPONSORED” for each region to “fight” and launch their projects and proposals. So they have to compete for funds that belong to them! Please! A mockery of that nature is nothing but an excuse to re-centralize everything and a little harsh penalties so far there has been progress in this crucial and irreversible issue, but so repulsive and repudiated for this shaky government APRA.

Mr President, the minister of economy and finance CAN NOT HAVE MORE POWER AND FORCE TO EACH OF YOU. He is implementing measures to counter the wrong variables makes it easier and recurrent, cutting resources to the most vulnerable social actors. Undermining regional capacities, but fails to generate resources through a tax on excessive profits, and prefers to burn resources of the Net International Reserves.

It is true that we are protected, and it is hoped that the international crisis will be as short as possible to succeed, but can not continue to deny and despise the capacities of the regional presidents, or continue submitting to the designs of the International Monetary Fund and World Bank .

Presidents: One of the ways to deepen the decentralization process is driving NEW FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF PERU. This suggestion was opposed Alan GarcĂa, Yehude Simon, Ollanta Humala and Lourdes Flores, without presenting arguments against nor discuss the topic as it should be. None of them have the final word, nor do they have reason per se, just because they say they have to present arguments to substantiate their positions and weaken and disrupt those who push and support this change of model republic failed.

Regional President: Make your respect out, You were elected by popular vote!

What is feared with this change? How the loss of control of economic power, political, social part of those who always have had since the hyper-centralist province of Lima? A short and quick comparison between the current model and the federal model, gives us clearly the advantages of this necessary change.

The president of the national government would be the great articulator and coordinator for achieving the national strategic goals, the federal presidents or governors who would be and solve the channel citizen demands, lessening or eliminating the pressure toward the national government, would have more political power and social regions or federal states that are formed (the number should not exceed 12) will have the autonomy and authority to decide greater freedoms, is drive and deepen economic and financial activities in the regions, generating business and employment; regional political parties will be consolidated, the judiciary will be decentralized, and so on. and so on.

It is desirable to a healthy debate before issuing opinions without sustenance, without the knowledge of the subject, by cliches. Now is the time. We need to leave the past and open our minds to new alternatives.
